Booking & Planning What does Vow House Wedding Co. require for wedding bookings?

We request three consultations as part of our wedding service process. Each conversation serves a different purpose and helps our team stay aligned with your vision from booking through wedding day.

Consultation 01 The Vision

Our initial consultation focuses on understanding the bride and groom's vision, priorities and expectations while making sure Vow House is the right creative fit.

Approximately 4 Months Before The Planning Check-In

We meet with the couple or wedding planner to discuss preferences, dislikes, timeline updates, important details and any changes that have developed during planning.

45 Days Before The Final Consultation

Our comprehensive final meeting is used to finalize arrangements and make sure the photography, videography and production details align with your expectations.

Wedding Planner Coordination If your wedding has a designated planner, maintaining communication between your planner and Vow House is important for seamless coordination before and during the wedding day.

Travel Where are you based, and do you travel?

Absolutely. Our principal office is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and Vow House Wedding Co. is available for both domestic and international travel.

Whether your wedding takes place across the country or at a destination abroad, our team can travel with you to capture and produce your celebration.

Destination Weddings Additional travel expenses may apply depending on your wedding location, required accommodations, transportation, production team size and overall coverage needs. Contact Vow House directly for destination-specific information.

Post Production When will we receive our wedding photos?

Our standard turnaround time for wedding photo and highlight-video deliverables is up to 18 weeks following your wedding day.

This timeframe allows our team to carefully cull, hand edit, color correct and refine each image and film to ensure consistency, quality and storytelling across your complete gallery and video.

Weddings involve thousands of moments captured across multiple cameras, and each deliverable goes through a detailed post-production process rather than automated editing.

Why 18 Weeks? We intentionally prioritize quality over speed so your final gallery and film reflect the care, artistry and attention your wedding deserves.

Previews Do you send out wedding sneak peeks?

Yes. Sneak peeks are provided as a preview of your wedding day while your full gallery and highlight film are being carefully edited.

Photo sneak peeks and a one-minute highlight video may be delivered within up to 4 weeks following your wedding. Timing may vary based on the season, overall workload and scope of coverage.

Important Sneak peeks are a curated preview and are not indicative of the delivery schedule for the final wedding gallery or finished film.

Wedding Payments What are your payment terms for weddings?

To reserve your wedding date, you may select one of the following payment options at the time of booking.

Option 01

$500 Date Reservation Fee + Bi-Monthly Payments

A $500 non-refundable Date Reservation Fee is due at booking.

The remaining balance is divided into equal payments due every other month.

The final payment is due no later than 30 days before the wedding date.

Option 02

30% Date Reservation Fee

A 30% non-refundable Date Reservation Fee is due at booking.

The remaining balance is due in full no later than 45 days before the wedding date.

Date Reservation Fees Your payment option must be selected at booking and will be outlined in your agreement. All Date Reservation Fees are non-refundable and secure your wedding date, production team and contracted services.

Payment Methods What types of payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Checks should be made payable to Vow House Wedding Co.

Zelle payments may be sent to 713-818-7286.

Check Payment Deadline All check payments must be received at least 60 days before your event date.

Please note that Vow House Wedding Co. no longer accepts Apple Pay.

Professional Coverage Are you insured?

Yes. Vow House Wedding Co. is fully insured with professional liability and equipment coverage.

This provides protection in the event of unexpected incidents while we're working at your event or on location and gives both our clients and team additional peace of mind.

Venue Requirements Many wedding venues require vendors to provide proof of insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.

Live Wedding Production Do you offer wedding live streaming?

Yes. We offer live wedding production as an add-on to photography and videography coverage.

This allows your ceremony and selected moments to be professionally broadcast in real time so friends and family who cannot attend in person can still experience your wedding day.

Live Production May Include Multiple camera angles, professional audio integration and a private viewing link for your invited guests.

Because every wedding venue, internet environment and production setup is different, livestream pricing varies based on coverage and technical requirements.
